Sterling Reim advised clients on a large industrila complex in Stroud. Part of the site was occupied by run down industrial units which had been vacant for 15 yrs. A strategy was devised to develop part of the site for an Aldi supermarket which would then act as a catalyst to regenerate the remainder of the site for a trade units and a mixed use development in the C18th listed mill.

CLS Holdings plc retained Sterling Reim to advise on some of its landholdings in Vauxhall. After analysing alternative uses a strategy was devised to seek change of use from commercial use to a mixed student housing and hotel development. A planning application was sought and later granted with Sterling REIM leading the team of consultants. Subsequently the development was completed and opened to students in 2014.
Sterling REIM has also advised on a mixed food retail and industrial development of a underused industrial estate in Stoke on Trent. Following a protracted planning application which involved significant changes to the local plan, planning consent was granted for an 80,000 sf food store with doctors surgery and 25,000 sf of industrial units.
